1. Scope
This consent applies to contributions to SARO Wiki, including documents, templates, category information, uploaded files, and titles and descriptions in any language, whether newly added or edited.
2. Shared use within the wiki
To the extent that contributors may lawfully grant permission, they allow all SARO Wiki users to view their contributed documents, files, and information and to copy, display, quote, edit, translate, and reuse them within the wiki. The operator may convert formats, resize and deliver materials, and retain their history as needed for these purposes.
3. Advertising and commercial operation
SARO Wiki may display advertisements and operate for commercial purposes. Contributors consent to their materials being used in the documents and services of a wiki operated in this way.
4. Sources and license conditions
When uploading files, provide accurate source information and the applicable license. Only contribute materials belonging to others after confirming that you have permission, or a suitable license, for sharing and editing within the wiki and commercial use, including advertising. This consent does not transfer copyright or remove conditions of the selected license, such as attribution or share-alike requirements. Use outside the wiki is governed by the applicable license and any separate permission. This consent does not grant permission for other rights, such as third-party image or privacy rights.
5. Revisions and retained history
The same media ID and public reference address may be retained when media is replaced or titles and descriptions in any language are edited. Previous files and edited content may be retained in the history and viewed as earlier versions. Changes to titles, descriptions, sources, or licenses may also be recorded in the history even when the file itself is unchanged.
6. Contribution consent
I agree that all wiki users may use my contributed documents, files, and information under the selected license and this consent, and that these contributions may be used in operating the site for commercial purposes, including advertising.
